6. Discuss hydroseeder sharing concept proposed by Kerry OBrien, Cal. Co. Conservation District
7. Highway Dept grant process updates, Aiken Farm Road, E. Pchm Rd paving, Better Roads erosion inventory
8. Updates on potential 2016 projects:
   1. WiFi Extender (done - thanks Tom!)
   2. Extending exterior electrical outlets
   3. Roller barn
   4. RBDG grant process for last mile study
   5. Town Garage water
   6. Vilandrie-Cavenaugh request re Taylor Rd & legal trail / maybe Mill Terrace / others
   7. Village pathway / get on state’s schedule for crosswalk painting
9. Review and approve bills
10. Review correspondence
