A Public Hearing before the Development Review Board will

be held at the Peacham Town Clerk’s Office on Tuesday August 9

at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following:

Jeannie Peabody, Accessory Dwelling Application 14-16,

2494 Slack St

The above application is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s

Office. Persons wishing to give testimony may do so in person or be

represented by agent or attorney at the Hearing. Communication about

DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD

CONTINUATION OF 5/19/15 PERMIT HEARING

RE: Application Number 6-15

Tuesday, June 9th, 2015 7:00PM

Present:

DRB: Marilyn Magnus, Nick Comerci, Ray Young, Morris McCain, Greg Schoolcraft

Interested Persons: Kenneth Kraus, Guy Lawrence, Maurine Rosenberg

Representing Applicant Katrina Foley: Matt Kempton

Called to order by Chair of the Board Nick Comerci at 6:58PM.

1. Nick reminded interested persons and Matt Kempton are still under oath.
2. Matt presented the septic design, which was the hold up last time. There is a letter from the designer. The DRB reviewed the materials presented by Matt Kempton.
3. Reviewed the permit request in regard to Peacham Town bylaws conditional use review...Most of the criteria are met or not applicable.
4. DRB moved to go into deliberation at 7:11pm.
5. Morris moves to approve the permit. Marilyn seconds. All in favor. So moved.
6. DRB came out of deliberation at 7:13pm.
7. Matt will apply for another permit to further subdivide the land.
8. Nick moved to adjourn at 7:16PM. Marilyn seconded. All in favor. So moved.
