1. The Meeting was called to order at 6:00PM by Chair of the Board, Andy Cochran.
2. Annette moved to go into Executive Session for private and personal information concerning potential personnel. Nate seconded. So moved.
3. Annette moved to come out of Executive Session. Nate seconded. So moved.
4. Andy moved to adjourn. Nate seconded. So moved.
