PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING MINUTES
Tuesday, January 6, 2015 7:00PM
The meeting was called to order at 7:15pm.
1. Additions to the agenda: Jock Gill concerning updating the energy section of the Town Plan in 2017
2. Tim Scott was welcomed to the Planning Commission.
3. The Planning Commission accepted the new zoning bylaws draft with comments from Nick Comerci and Geoff Sewake.
4. The Planning Commision revised the following sections of the bylaws:
a. Details of Waivers
b. Determine Powers and Duties of the Planning Commission
c. Agricultural Overlay
Dick Browne will be on the next agenda to discuss thoughts on the following items:
d. Village Zoning ½ acre lot/100 ft road frontage
e. Possibility of combining RR1 and RR2
Nick moved to adjourn. Geoff seconded. So moved
