Road Work on Peacham Danville Road & East Peacham Road

Tuesday June 23, 2015 and Wednesday June 24, 2015, the Peacham Town Road Crew will be repaving a 1500 feet section on Peacham Danville Road and a 2000 feet section on East Peacham Road.

Selectboard Meeting 6/17/15 CANCELLED

Due to illness we will not have a quorum so the regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting is cancelled. Join us at our next regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting on Wednesday July 1st, 2015.

Tuesday, June 9th, 2015 7:00PM

Present:

DRB: Marilyn Magnus, Nick Comerci, Ray Young, Morris McCain, Greg Schoolcraft

Interested Persons: Kenneth Kraus, Guy Lawrence, Maurine Rosenberg

Representing Applicant Katrina Foley: Matt Kempton

Called to order by Chair of the Board Nick Comerci at 6:58PM.

1. Nick reminded interested persons and Matt Kempton are still under oath.
2. Matt presented the septic design, which was the hold up last time. There is a letter from the designer. The DRB reviewed the materials presented by Matt Kempton.
3. Reviewed the permit request in regard to Peacham Town bylaws conditional use review...Most of the criteria are met or not applicable.
4. DRB moved to go into deliberation at 7:11pm.
5. Morris moves to approve the permit. Marilyn seconds. All in favor. So moved.
6. DRB came out of deliberation at 7:13pm.
7. Matt will apply for another permit to further subdivide the land.
8. Nick moved to adjourn at 7:16PM. Marilyn seconded. All in favor. So moved.
